BOOKING PERIOD
Reservations open on the 1st of each month at 12:00 (noon), released 2 months in advance.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or modify a reservation.
Changes can be made via the link in your confirmation email.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable and the deposit will be retained.
CHANGING A PARTY SIZE
The number of guests can be reduced up to 24 hours before your reservation.
Reductions made without prior notice cannot be refunded.
ARRIVAL TIME
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.
Without notice, we will hold your table for 15 minutes after the reservation time.
After this, the reservation will be considered a no-show and cancelled.
WAITING LIST
If we are fully booked, you can join our waiting list via the reservation system.
You will be notified by email if a table becomes available.
Notifications are sent to all guests on the list and are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
We are unable to predict availability.
ALLERGIES & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
We work with a small team and a seasonal menu, which means we are unable to accommodate all dietary restrictions.
Please review the list below and inform us in advance. If you are unsure, we recommend contacting us before making a reservation.
Possible: pescatarian, no pork, nuts, pregnancy (with cooked fish & seafood)
Depending on the menu: shellfish, crustaceans, molluscs, fruit & vegetables
Not possible: vegetarian*, vegan*, fish, gluten, dairy/lactose, eggs, soy, alliums, shiitake mushrooms, salt, sugar, severe allergies or risk of cross-contamination
*Vegetarian and vegan ramen are available during Saturday à la carte.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
Online reservations are available for groups of up to 5 guests.
For larger groups or private events, please contact us directly.
CHILDREN
We kindly ask not to bring children under the age of 13 during dinner (Wednesday–Friday).
We do not offer a children’s menu or dedicated facilities.
Younger guests are welcome during Saturday Izakaya service.
Please note that we do not provide highchairs or changing tables.
PETS
Pets are not permitted during dinner service.
They are welcome during Saturday Izakaya service.
